The application fee is $50/per person and the results come back on the same day. The Crosswalks do not take deposits, but they do take admin fees to “Hold” an apartment. Admin fees for studios are  $225 and it’s an additional $50 for each additional bedroom. Paying the admin fee after your application is approved ensures no one else can take our apartment.

Construction of The Dashery will be complete in late 2023 or early 2024, pending no significant construction delays.

No. At the moment, The Dashery is reserved only for exclusive complimentary access to The Crosswalks residents. The Crosswalks is managed by Mac Properties. In the future, there may be a subscription fee for Mac Properties residents, living in the area, who wish to use the space.

The Crosswalks consist of four residential buildings on four adjacent corners, plus a filth clubhouse. Each building’s amenities are located on the first floor and all residents at The Crosswalks will have access to those amenities via smart access control. All residents at the Crosswalks also receive exclusive complimentary access to The Dashery Clubhouse.
